Tsar Ball is a 21st themed ball event organised annually by Russian Ethnic Representative Council (RERC). This year’s Ball celebrates 400th anniversary of Romanov’s Dynasty. Dress code: Traditional Tsarist Russian period costume 1613-1917/ Black Tie.
