Tsar Ball is a 21st themed ball event organised annually by Russian Ethnic Representative Council (RERC). This year’s Ball celebrates 400th anniversary of Romanov’s Dynasty. In 1613, they searched for a Tsar for All-Russia. At St Vladimir's Grand Ball 2013, we're celebrating the beginning of the 304 year Romanov Dynasty...

Date: 14th September 2013, from 6.30 pm
Venue: Plaza Ballroom, The Regent Theatre, 191 Collins Street, Melbourne
Dress code: Traditional Tsarist Russian period costume 1613-1917/ Black Tie.
Tickets $160 per Guest or $150 per Guest when booking a table of 10-12. more information
